Cooking Instructions

1. Cut 700g ribs into sections, blanch in boiling water to remove foam, rinse and drain.

2. Fry or sear ribs until light golden on surface.

3. Pour the whole pack of Haorenjia Sweet & Sour Ribs Seasoning into the pan, add 200ml clean water.

4. Bring to boil, simmer on low heat for 20–25 minutes.

5. Cook over high heat to thicken the sauce, then serve.
