Cooking Instructions

1. Prepare your favorite ingredients such as chicken, shrimp, tofu, lotus root, mushrooms and vegetables. Cook ingredients fully in boiling water.

2. Take out cooked ingredients, cool with cold boiled water and drain thoroughly.

3. Pour the whole seasoning bag into 500ml cold boiled water, stir evenly. Add roasted sesame seeds and mix well.

4. Put ingredients into the sauce and soak for 30 minutes. Longer soaking delivers better taste. Ready to serve.
