Cooking Instructions

1. Cut 1000g chicken thigh into chunks. You can prepare mushrooms, potato, green pepper as side dishes.

2. Sauté chicken chunks in oil until lightly golden.

3. Add 400–500ml clean water and the whole pack of Haorenjia Braised Chicken Seasoning. Bring to boil.

4. Put side dishes into the pot, simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes until the sauce thickens.

5. Ready to serve with rice.
