Ingredients
Vegetable oil, Pixian broad bean paste, chili, salt, white sugar, fermented soybean paste, garlic, ginger, Sichuan peppercorn, spices, monosodium glutamate (E621), chicken extract, yeast extract, edible flavorings.

Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare a fresh fish (800–1000g). Clean the fish and cut slits evenly on the surface.
2. Fry or bake the fish until golden on both sides, set aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan, pour the whole pack of seasoning and stir-fry to bring out the aroma.
4. Add 400–500ml hot water and bring to boil. You may add side dishes such as potato, lotus root, tofu and mushrooms as you like.
5. Put the fried fish into the soup base and simmer for 5 minutes to absorb flavors.
6. Serve hot. Keep warm continuously on an alcohol stove for better taste.
