Cooking Instructions

1. Clean crayfish, remove shrimp line, rinse thoroughly.

2. Heat oil in wok, fry crayfish until shells turn bright red, take out and set aside.

3. Pour the whole sauce base into the wok, stir-fry over low heat to release fragrance.

4. Put crayfish back into wok, add 500ml beer or clean water, bring to boil.

5. Simmer on medium heat for 10–15 minutes to absorb flavor.

6. Sprinkle the crispy garlic granules, stir evenly and serve.
