Cooking Instructions

1. Clean about 800g crabs, cut into pieces, coat lightly with starch, deep-fry until golden, set aside.

2. Leave proper oil in the wok, pour the whole pack of seasoning and stir-fry over low heat to release fragrance.

3. Put fried crab pieces into the wok, add 200ml water or beer, bring to boil.

4. Simmer on medium heat for 5–8 minutes to absorb flavor.

5. Turn up heat to thicken sauce and serve.
